29 May 2013 I want to take transfer of articleship in first year, please suggest me the complete procedure

29 May 2013 take your principal signature in form 109 and send it to icai with in 30 days from the date of transfer

if you have received any idcard under old employer send this also along woth 109.

And then re-join with another employer and submit form 103 again
(here procedure is same as fresh registration)

29 May 2013 In first year of articleship there is no restrictions from icai and prior permission of icai is not required..

And you are eligible to take transfer only after completing atleast 6 months of service under old employer.

do i need to make paymen of Rs.2000/- also along with form 103??
