22 March 2013 Hi, I started my article in month of august but now i want to take transfer so I submitted Form109 in ICAI institute now I have join new firm so do i need to submit form 103 along with form 102 to institute?

As i alredy submitted form 103 but have not submitted form 102. pls. suggest.

23 March 2013 Yes, you have to submit form 103 now. And form 102 need not to be submit to ICAI.

But must and should form 103 has to be submit.

25 March 2013 Thanks for the reply. I will submit form 103 asap and have given my new principal form 102 (white colour form).

25 March 2013 Stamped colour form of 102 has to be kept with your principle and white colour form shall be kept with you.
