Please help me I'm very confused.

I had applied for transfer transfer of article ship in the second year on the basis of re-location of working parents on 22/05/2015 i had terminated my article ship on 29/05/2015. I called ICAI Chennai they are telling that your application is sent to Delhi to get approval. It has been 2 months since i have signed my Form 109. please suggest me whether to wait for approval of institute or send form 109 immediately.

28 July 2015 You should have submitted your form 109 pending approval of transfer of articles. Now that is also delayed and the condonation petition will also have to go to Delhi for approval. moreover, you continuation of articles will also be delayed. Submit your form 109 immediately
