Transfer of article ship

I have sent a letter requesting for transfer article ship dated 22/05/2015 along with principal recommendation letter., till date i have not received any letter from institute regarding my transfer request.Reason for transfer of article ship is transfer of working parent. i have terminated article ship with my previous principal as on 29/05/2015.& i have joined new firm on 5/06/2015 but i have not yet registered with new principal as i have not received any letter from the institute. Can i send form 109 & form 103 to the institute for transfer of article ship.

Now as a compliance matter, you send the Form 103 immediately. Need not wait for the institute's acknowledgement.
