Sir,
i am in my first year of articleship and due to health issues i desire to change my firm.
kindly let me know the procedure for transfer from one principal to another and also the forms and address to whom i should send any forms/letters/requests?

as you are in first year of articleship

you just have to take your current employer signature on form 109 and send it to icai (where you have sent forms for registration of articles)

there after you can join with other ca and send form 103 to icai for balance period of articleship
