I want to know whether prior permission is required or not for transfer in the first year of articleship. What are the forms are required and which to send ICAI. What docunment is required to rejoin in firm.
I am confused between form no. 108 and 109.

04 December 2013 prior permission not required from icai

you just need your boss permission and you need to take his signature in form 109 and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

again join with other ca and file again form 103 to icai for the remaining period
