27 July 2013 Sir I hav completed my 1st yr of articleship on 31 may 2013...
Now I want to take transfer...
Plz help me how can I tke transfer...??

27 July 2013 Nd sir is it possible ki main apne ca se back date me transfer form pr sign krwa lu.....

27 July 2013 if u completed first year as per icai records then first u need to take icai permission by writing an application for same on plain paper & then if icai permits file form 109 duly signed by your principle.

Sir icai ko kya reason du transfer ka...

27 July 2013 only those reasons on which they allow.like u going to shift in new city etc.

28 July 2013 If your employer ready to give transfer to you back dated you can take transfer and send form 109 to ICAI with a covering letter requesting condonation of delay and send condonation fee along with it.

as it is allowed to take transfer in first year of articleship you can join with other employer and send form 103 to icai after re-registering with icai..
