Now I want to take transfer...

Nd sir is it possible ki main apne ca se back date me transfer form pr sign krwa lu.....

if u completed first year as per icai records then first u need to take icai permission by writing an application for same on plain paper & then if icai permits file form 109 duly signed by your principle.

If your employer ready to give transfer to you back dated you can take transfer and send form 109 to ICAI with a covering letter requesting condonation of delay and send condonation fee along with it.
as it is allowed to take transfer in first year of articleship you can join with other employer and send form 103 to icai after re-registering with icai..
