22 April 2009 you can get transfer if you are taking transfer due to rerason specified by ICAI in its announcement viz. transfer of earing partner to other city or medical problem.

In any other case

you can get transfer , if the date of transfer is on or before 27/ march or you send the form 109, 120 on or before 30 APril.
