I have complete only 4month training & I want to be transfer my training. But problem is my CA is not signing my form & I need to transfer as soon as possible. What should I do for it. Can I do something or not.

you can do ... first of all talk to your boss and tell him that its your right.... try to convince him else u can contact icai helpline

the ans is no , without ur ca signing u cannot take a valid transfer ..in any case he has to sign.....
