what proceesed for transfer plz. reply as soon as posible????

1)get form 109 signed with boss
2)send to icai with in 30 days
3)Re-register with other employer and send 103 to icai with in 30 days from registration
icai prior permission not required if tranfer with in 1 year of articleship where as it is mandatory if transfer after 1 year of articleship.after geting icai permission only you need to submit form 109
