21 May 2013 I AM IN MY FIRST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP.I WISH TO TAKE TRANSFER.SO IS IT NECESSARY TO FIRST OBTAIN ICAI CONSENT AND THEN SUBMIT FORM 109
BECOZ IN FIRST YEAR TRANSFER IS PERMITTED WITOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS?
