Transfer from articleship in second year of articleship.

22 May 2013 Sir i have planing to take transfer to my native which is 250 KM away from bangalore( present aritcleship city), with reason my parents are in my native only. is it will be the valid reason.

can it be acceptable if health condition of one parent is not good so i need to be with them.

if you are taking transfer after 1 year you need to take prior permission of icai, and reason should be with in the reason specified by icai or reason which icai thinks reasonable.

ICAI may accept your request,.if icai feel it is reasonable..
