Transfer from articleship

05 August 2013 Sir,
I am presently undergoing for articleship training from Jaipur. I am in second year of articleship. My father got transfer from Jaipur on 2 August2013 outside Jaipur. Later on 4 August 2013 he again got posted to Jaipur. So can get the transfer if I will attach the copy of transfer order of my father dated 2 August 2013

05 August 2013 yes, you can get transfer in this reason as it is a valid ground to take transfer

take prior approval of icai for transfer as and when yyou got icai permission file form 109 to icai

05 August 2013 I have to get prior approval from ICAI, Kanpur. Will they not enquire into that I have applied for transfer even after my father has been posted again to Jaipur.

05 August 2013 Generally how i have given my opinion is

you will request icai to permit transfer

supporting will be your father transfer letter,and your boss recommendation for transfer with specifying reason was transfer of father

so icai may not do further investigation,it generally go with boss recommendation letter and your father transfer letter

it can be done at your risk only,,it is not recommended to breach icai rules but in case of unavoidable case we can take advantage

let me tell you,,you need all these if you are already completed 1 year of articles

if suppose your articleship period not completed for 1 year you can take transfer with out prior approval of icai
