I am taking a 2nd time transfer in my first year of articleship.I am really confused with how to fill form 109 as i can only provide the detail of the current principal in that form and not of previous principle.Can anyone help me with that???

Yes..in form 109 we need to mention details of service record under present employer only

Our records will be available at icai
you can mention the facts by writing a covering letter.
However you can take help of nearest regional branch of icai..
let me tell you form 109 is service certificate of work done under present empolyer..so we cannot show previous articleship details in 109

Only after 1st year you can take transfer and if you have already taken the transfer then fill up form no 109 and send it to the ICAI for re-transfer but you have to follow the transfer regulation.
