I want to take transfer during 2nd year of Articleship as my parents have permanently shifted.

then first on plain paper write application for same to icai duly signed by ur current ca and when u rec letter from icai permitting same file form 108

If I send the application today than how much time it will take to get that permission letter from ICAI.

usually it takes 1 -1.5 months for processing the application
