Sir/Madam,
I would like to knw if it is possible to get transfer to another firm if the boss's behaviour is intolerable. wht can be done if he refuses to give certificate of transfer? also, is it possible for the boss to chuck out article clerks from office without adequate reason?

IT IS A MATTER OF COURAGE OF CONVICTION AND ABILITY TO CONVINCE THE AUTHORITY ( ICAI IN THIS CASE IF IT IS CA ARTICLE TRAINING) BY AN EVIDENCE IN A SUBJECTIVE/SENSITIVE ISSUE OF ASSESSMENTS LIKE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO PROVE THE BOSSES WRONG EVEN IF HE/SHE IS .
ONE MAY RUIN HIS/HER CAREER BY WRONG HANDLING OF SUCH A CASE.
THIS IS THE PRACTICAL SIDE OF THE STORY.
THE THEORY SAYS, YES GO ON FIGHTING ,MAKE PETITION TO ICAI EITHER AT CHAPTER LEVEL OR INSTITUTE LEVEL AND IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IN REAL LIFE , ONE WILL BE DISCOURAGED TO PROCEED.
THINK COOL.PATIENCE PAYS IN LONG RUN.THIS IS NOT A SERMON.AN OUNCE OF PRACTICE IS BETTER THAN POUNDS OF PREACHING.
ALSO DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEM WITH SENIORS IN YOUR OFFICE. GO ALONG THEIR SINCERE ADVICE.
