hi,
we transfer one used machinary from our one location to another location,wheather the incidental transfer cost and instalation cost of such machine to be capitalised or to be charged to revenew as per As 10.

It is USED MACHINERY, so transfer cost of machinery is revenue expenditure. If it was a new machinery, then transfer cost from manufacturing unit to factory was to be capitalised as per AS 10. Hence, this transfer cost is Revenue in nature.
