24 August 2013 is there any clause where principal can give transfer to the article on their own after one yr of articleship???

24 August 2013 No no such clause icai prior permission is mandatory for transfer of articleship after 1 year of articleship

24 August 2013 Yes, Principle at his will at any time can give termination of articleship. And to give termination of articleship by the Employer the only one reason is due to the miss-behavior of the student and employer doesn't satisfied regarding the student behavior and work training of articleship.
