I'm just not happy with my CA. I don't wish to work with him and he also doesn't want me to work for him. The problem is, it's my 3rd year of articleship and I don't know the rules of ICAI for taking a transfer in 3rd year. Also, I have taken approx 10 months leave in the period of 26 months. Please suggest me as I wish to take dummy now and study for my finals.

do not go for dummy u can terminate the articleship and then stop ur training, study and appear for exam and then start in new firm or later go for industrial training for min 9 months

you can take tfr after filling of form 109 and take new principle with form 108
