CAN A COMPANY GIVE LOAN TO RELATED CO. 4% HIGHER THAN THE LOAN GIVEN BY BANK TO IT
e.g. x co. take loan from bank @ 16% and same loan x co. give to its related co. @ 21%.
can it viable. the related co. is listed with NSE. and required CARO report.
