dear sir
some refund claim for the assessment year 11-12 and 12-13 are show status that CPC not in position to processing returns and
tranfered to juridictional assessing officer but CPC does not show any reason
about the returns,I can not understand the problem, .what I shall do now to solve the problem or JAO
automatically process returns and I am waiting? can any way to know problem of the returns filing or CALL TO CPC? PLEASE ADVICE ME, THANKS......

It means that now your return will be processed from local jurisdictional office of income tax.
For your refund claim contact local incometax office.

There are mainly 3 reasons for such transfer.
1. Certain Errors in filling return
2. Scrutiny
3. For training of Newly Recruited or case study of existing employees.
But you need not worry about it, as it is on of the routine matters. You need to act only after you receive any Notice from the department.
I would advise you to wait till 31St March,2013, there after if you do not receive refund you should contact Jurisdictional A.O.

Generally the do not take such case for scrutiny.
