04 August 2010 WE had taken a housing loan in the name of my father 7 years back. The property is also in the name of my father. Now we want to tansfer the loan to another bank. and I want bank to give loan in the name of my mother and father both. For that my father needs to transfer half of the property to my mother. plz tell me the best option of tranferring without incurring much cost.....

04 August 2010 there will not be any cost except your processing charge of bank loan. Further to tranfer the property pls make it by way of gift in a deed.
