In tran 1 5b point should i need to fill all the c forms for the 1.4.2015 to 30.06.2017
Even though iam not having any pending c forms to submit to seller for claiming excess credit

Person who Is liable to receive C forms has to show in their Tran 1 and not the issuer of forms

If you want to carry forward vat credit then seller has to show pending forms
