17 November 2012 We are Manufacturer Exporters. We want to enter into trading business also. Can a manufacturer do trading also. If Yes please give us procedure

17 November 2012 a) under a diff trade name and diff premises, yes
b) under same trade name and diff premises yes, but condition that identical goods would not be traded
c) under same trade name and same trade premises, allowed on condition that separate area is alloted for storage of trading goods, which are not identical to manufactured goods.
