Dear Sir,
We are the manufacture of plastic goods like Moulding toilet brush. our annual turnover is 85 Lac. but my product design & shape, name, is registered in trade mark as known branded i hear from reliable sources branded item is excisable from starting of the first product not exemption limit in excise that condition so please clear my doubt related this matter as per excise act & section.
