Dear Sir/Madam,
We have manufacturing automobile parts. for our customer we have make machinery tools & dies for Rs.100000/- our customer has paid Rs.100000/- to us against that.it tools/mould will be use us for our production in our custody. now customer demand us for Tax Invoice without Excise Duty. is it right ?

as you have procured tools and dies on custormer cost, ask the vendor to issue tax invoice in name of the client,
