04 December 2009 My Principal is taking retirement from Firm under which I am registered. if am taking transfer in this incidence then please give me ideas about rules and regulations to be considered and also give me applicable date of termination of Articleship please...it is too urgent...my boss is going to retire tomorrow.....please hepl me....

Shifting by the Principal to another city involving distance more than 50 kms.

Ceasing of practice by the Principal( if he is not taking retirement from practice than this reason also goes out)

If above reason are not valid than contact institute,than i think u will remain with ur principal but ur firm will be change
