07 August 2008 capital-800000, fixed assets-200000 , clsing stock-130000,cash in hand-20000, bank-50000, debtor-170000,net profit-50000,tender DD-120000
I don't want to show bal as suspense.all figures are correct.what can i do for it & how? gives all options that i can use.

07 August 2008 Balance Sheet is prepared when accounts are airthmetically correct. So, being the person from accounting world we can not query in this fashion. First, prepare the Trial Balance and then prepare the final accounts.

Net Pf. 50000 clg stok 130000
The Balance fig cash 20000
may be of Bank 50000
Trade Crs, drs: 170000
loan Crs and or EMD 120000
short term borrowings

since there is Debtors there is every chance for trade creditors else bank cc else sundry borrowings.... accordingly answered bsn ganeshan ca fianl
