suppose there are 3 directors in a pvt ltd co and we have to remove 1 then what are the procedures and rues to remove a director in a private limited company?? And what are the forms to submit to Registrar??

1)Director need to file Form DIR11 in MCA portal intimating about his resignation.
2)Company need to file Form DIR 12 in MCA portal giving effect of resignation.
2)Company need to file Form DIR 12 in MCA portal giving effect of resignation.
