To fill m.no. of secretary of a company in mca e-form

Please see and do the needful.

ABC Limited proposes to file Form 32 for appointment of Additional Director.

Secretary of the company is digitally signing the form. Secretary is a Member of ICSI.

Query

The E-Form is not allowing ONLY the Membership Number to be filled in the FIELD. Suppose, the M.No. is 1234, E-Form is not allowing the same.

However, if I fill A1234 (Secretary is an Associate Member of ICSI), E-form is allowing and not throwing error.

Please confirm the proper way of filling the Membership number of the Secretary, who is in full time employment of the company.

13 September 2011 membership no. as a whole must be quoted A1234.... if he is associate member or F1234 if he is fellow member.

If you have file f-32 for appointment of cs at that time also no. filled in form is A1234 or F1234...
only numerical in not consider as valid no. for e.g. member who is fresher Mr. X may have no. A1234 & experience Mr. Y have no. F1234.. now you are mentioning 1234 mean who is cs 'X' ??or 'Y'??
thats why form insist to put A or F whatever may be applicable to the respective member
