My full name is "Ayyappan" and I have Driving license in this name. I am staying rental house and working in Bangalore from past 3 Years. I have no more proof except my driving license for Bangalore.
( Note: have all proofs of mine which is related to Chennai address.)
When applying for PAN online, I found that it was necessary to specify the first name in expandable form. Hence I applied with first name as my name "AYYAPPAN" and last name as my father name "NARAYANAN".
Now the problem arises. I recently contacted by NSDL department to send requested id/address proofs in which my name shown as "AYYAPPAN NARAYANAN ".
This is impossible for me to submit the proofs as required by NSDL. How can I provide documents in this way? Please advice.
Or Can I cancel my PAN Application online since the PAN wasn’t allotted to me yet.

you can produce the affidavit attested by notary so as your problem will be solved.
