09 January 2012 Can any1 please advice me on how do i go about studying direct tax for the coming attempt of ipcc????

10 January 2012 The way to complete is simply Start it now. Don't spend time on websites, just spend it on books.

On first reading highlight every important line and just simply read don't pressurise, on second revision simply go to the highlighted versions & understand. On third time simply see & recall.

Don't change or involve additional study materials in between rather take a day in starting to choose the best which you can read.

Divide no. of pages in no. of allocated days. Make a schedule, eliminate time wasting activities & concentrate on one activity.

You know better the rest.

10 January 2012 Buy a Scanner (Reliance if preferred), when short of time just complete the Computation of Total Income & Deductions chapter.

Do it on paper & not just in mind, doing this would cover all other heads automatically.
