Can a Drawing and Disbursing Officer open TIN FC under his name? Is there educational qualification prescribed for this?

Yes DDO can. You can search these information from google to find a right company under which you can become TIN-FC. But for filing your office TDS returns only, you can register your TAN in incometaxindiaefiling website and can file your eTDS returns there without any fees. Thank you sir. This can be done through itr efiling website even without DSC. As an individual can I start TIN FC? What are minimum edn qualification?
