Can any on tell me within what time period a company should appoint company secretary after increasing its Paid up capital more than 2crs

20 May 2010 The paid up capital limit for compulsory appointment of CS is revised from 2 to 5 crore (NOTIFICATION NO. G.S.R. 11 (E), DATED 5-1-2009)

Regarding the time limit, the Company within the period of 1 year from the date of such increase shall have a whole time secretary.
