after the termination of articles from the present pricipal within how many days should we join under another principal?

05 May 2014 there is no limit for rejoining but u need to submit form 103 to icai within 30 days on rejoining else u need to pay condonation fees.

05 May 2014 yes it will surely be counted as u have submitted form 103 that will be counted and when now u will file form 109 for transfer then u will get a letter stating the bal amount of training u need to serve under other ca.
