19 September 2016 Hello sir can you please advice me in form 108, it is written in the note that if there is a delay of upto 30 days in filling the form then a fee of 100 will be levied and condonation letter will also be required. I wanna ask from which day this 30 day will be counted. my Articleship completed on 21/08/2016 but due to 26 days more leave, I am working till now. please suggest.

19 September 2016 keep the leave part way aside.....ok?
the articleship is completed on 21/08/2016....within 30 days from 21/08/2016, submit form 108. That's all....
For excess leave you need to file a separate form 102, 103...and then 108
Dont get confused and try to do both things in one go....ok?
First send the form for articleship completion for 21/08/2016, within 30 days
