Under Mvat Act Return Can be revised upto 9 months from the end of the Financial Year ie for FY 2010-11 it 31st Dec 2011

Under KVAT, 6 months is the time limit.
For eg. April 2010 return may be revised before Oct 2010
For eg. April 2010 return may be revised before Oct 2010
