15 July 2009 1.what is the time limit within which Form 16 & 16A should be issued by the assesee ?

2. will it change if the assessee were to be a company?

3. Can Form 16 & 16A be issued before filing TDS returns?

(for 31st March entries - within 1 week from the end of 2 months in which amt credited)
