09 September 2021 I have sold my land on 1-4-21 and I am liable to pay capital gain tax. when should I pay the tax. Can I pay in the month of March, 22 i.e before filing the return.

09 September 2021 First calculate the tax liability after opting for any deduction available in the act.
As such your liability to pay tax started on 15.06.2021, and interest over it at a rate 1% PM or any part of it, has already began. Though you can pay it at any time before filing return.
