Whithin how many period i can claim this debt before it time barred ?

13 February 2014 it depends on the terms and condition of any agreement made on legal paper and accordingly INDIAN CONTRACT ACT will be goevrnng it.

13 February 2014 in that case i think then you need to confirm with a practicing advocate and i think it is for 3 years bt i am not sure so pls seel legal help in this case.
