22 December 2011 In UP, till how much time a trainee can be hired on stipend basis?

& what is the condition to extend that training period (on stipend basis)?

22 December 2011 Rules for all over India is same.

In case of articleship starting after PCC then articleship is of 3 and half years and after passing first group of IPCC articleship is of 3 years.

In case your take excess leave more than the allowable leave then your articleship period can be extended to the period of excess leave taken.
