09 August 2016 Is there any restriction for Third party EO by EPCG scheme?
One license is going to apply under third party EO now and shall we apply as usual?

09 August 2016 According to paragraph 5.10 (b) of current Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20 EPCG Authorization holder may export through third party (ies). In such cases, export documents viz., shipping bills / Bill of exports etc. shall indicate name of both authorization holder and supporting manufacturer, if any, along with EPCG authorization number. BRC, GR declaration /Self Declaration Form (SDF), export order and invoice should be in the name of third party exporter(s). The goods exported through third party should be manufactured by the EPCG Authorisation Holder or the supporting manufacturer where the capital goods imported under the authorisation have been installed.
