The payment of bonus Act is applicable to 1)every factory and 2) every other establishments where 20 or more persons are employed.. Whether the restriction of 20 employees are applicable to factories also? in other words, if 15 employees are working in a factory, whether The payment of bonus Act is applicable to that factory??
Under the bonus act where 20 or more people are employed that attract the liability of bonus. Yes the same restriction is also applicable in factory also & where 15 peoples are employed they also follow the bonus act but limit is for 20 as per rule
