We are going to import some material from Thailand in India. as per FTA agreement can we avail any benefit on import material.please advise?

Means Import time e will have to pay 26.84% duty then we can apply for refund of 4% SAD. and sir any exemption about BCD, CVD, and CESS on import to Thailand.

31 December 2011 ARE YOU SEZ / 100% EOU UNIT ,HOW MANY YOUR TURNOVER OF EXPORT NOT ASK ME TURNOVER OF DOMESTIC SALES SO THAT I COULD POST REPLY ABOUT EXEMPTION IN DUTY.

We have DTA unit and import material through Advance license and after paying applicable duty.our average EO+ is 8256981.00.

AS PER PARA 4.1.4 OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014, ADVANCE LICENCE HOLDER IS EXEMPT FROM BCD,ADDITIONAL CUSTOM DUTY,EDU. CESS., ANTIDUMPING DUTY, SAFEGUARD SUTY.

NOW, MINISTRY OF COMMERCE ALREADY EXEMPT MANY EXEMPTION FOR EXPORTER IT SEEMS THAT EXPORTER INTENTION IS TO CLOSE THIS SCHEME.
AM I RIGHT DEAR AUTHOR.....
