I want to know is there any website which sow us direct terrif heading no so we have to not waste time to search terrif heading no & I want terrif heading for hand made soap

There is no such short cut, Classification of products in CETA is a very professional job. For exact TAriff heading you have to provide all the details of your product like ingredients, use and manufacture process. However for your info Soaps generally fall under Chap 34 of CETA, 1985.
