18 March 2011 Hi,I started my articleship on october 2010. But now I would like to take transfer from my firm, but i have already taken an excess leave of 18 days.my Principal telling that as per institute rule i have to work here upto compensating excess leave. Is there any problem with getting termination now? Reply me.

18 March 2011 You can take termination provided that excess leave you took should be mentioned in Termination forms.Excess leave can be compensated with the next auditor also.
