IF i want to take termination from my firm in mid of my article ship period,in what way i can take the termination?

fill form 109 & 120& get it signed from old ca
then 102& 103.& get it signed from new ca
submit a copy to icai.
then 102& 103.& get it signed from new ca
submit a copy to icai.
