A registered Partnership is to be terminated. Does the Partnership Termination Agreement has to be on stamp paper, and if so what is the stamp value required in Haryana? Has it to be registered with Registrar of Firms?

Registered Partnership can be terminated by entering into dissolution deed on stamp paper.
Yes it should be on stamp paper of Rs.1000 without immovable property
There is no hard rules to say that dissolution deed to be register, its at your convenience, recommended is to get it registered at registrar of firms.
