24 April 2024 I want to terminate my articleship on basis of discontinuation of the course due to personal reasons. The portal says I need to submit 'An affidavit duly sworn in before a First Class Magistrate stating the reason for discontinuing the course'. Can someone please give me a format for the same? Also, can I just state 'Personal Reasons' as reason for discontinuation in the affidavit?
