Termination of articleship before 1 year

25 July 2019 I have completed 3 months of articleship and took termination due to transfer of my parent. While submitting Form 109 in self service portal, I have wrongly submitted Form 119 as well. Now I am unable to rectify the same and rejoining forms are unavailable.

What can I do to delete or invalidate form 119 and proceed with my rejoining process?

11 July 2024 To rectify a Form 119 submission error and resume articleship, contact the ICAI Helpline or Regional Office, request correction, follow ICAI guidelines, wait for online portal access, seek professional assistance, be patient and persistent, and maintain documentation. Follow up with the ICAI and follow up with the helpline or regional office for further assistance.
